I had been putting off looking at my finances for years. The Spending Awareness Seminar helped me see where my money actually goes each month — and I did not feel judged once. The worksheets were simple and the group conversation made it feel less daunting.

The Savings course was well-paced for someone my age. I appreciated that they did not assume I already knew about insurance types or emergency fund calculations. My only wish is that it ran for six weeks instead of five — I could have used one more session on contingency planning.

The Legacy program changed our family dynamic completely. My husband and I had been avoiding the topic of inheritance for a long time, and the facilitated family meeting gave us a structured way to finally have that conversation. Worth every baht.

I was nervous about attending alone, but the small group made it comfortable from the start. The facilitator remembered each person's name and checked in during exercises. The printed materials are still on my desk — I reference them almost weekly.

Coming in, I thought I already had a good handle on my budget. The seminar showed me patterns I had been blind to — especially around small recurring purchases. Not life-changing on their own, but they added up to quite a bit over a year.

I took the Savings course after retiring from teaching. It gave me a framework I wish I had years ago. The exercises felt practical rather than theoretical, and the group discussions helped me realize I was not alone in my concerns about the future.

Stories of Progress

The Challenge

A retired couple in their early 60s had never formally discussed how their property and savings should be distributed among three adult children. The topic felt too sensitive to raise without help.

The Process

Over eight weeks in the Legacy program, they documented their assets, reviewed beneficiary designations, and participated in two facilitated family meetings. Visual summaries helped everyone stay on the same page.

The Outcome

By the end of the program, the family had a written succession plan, all three children understood the intentions, and the couple reported feeling a considerable sense of relief about a conversation they had postponed for over a decade.

The Challenge

A 47-year-old small business owner felt she was earning well but never had enough left at the end of the month. She could not pinpoint where the surplus was going.

The Process

During the one-day Spending Awareness Seminar, she used our categorization worksheet to map six months of bank statements. Peer discussion helped her see blind spots in her spending patterns.

The Outcome

She identified recurring subscriptions and habitual purchases totalling approximately ฿8,500 per month that she had not been tracking. Within three months, she redirected a meaningful portion of that toward a structured savings account.

The Challenge

A government employee approaching retirement at 55 had no emergency fund and minimal understanding of insurance options. He was unsure how to begin building a safety net at this stage.

The Process

Through the five-week Savings course, he worked through emergency fund sizing exercises, reviewed his existing insurance, and developed a monthly savings structure that felt achievable alongside his current expenses.

The Outcome

Within four months of completing the course, he had established a dedicated emergency fund with two months of expenses saved, and had adjusted his insurance coverage to better match his approaching retirement needs.
