1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry specific meanings:

"khwanledes," "we," "us," or "our" refers to khwanledes, a financial education provider located at 71 Mittraphap Road, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand.

"Participant," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, attends, or otherwise uses our courses, seminars, workshops, or website.

"Services" refers to the financial education courses, seminars, mentorship programs, workshops, and related materials provided by khwanledes.

"Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, forming the contract between you and khwanledes.

"Content" refers to all course materials, worksheets, handouts, visual summaries, and digital resources provided as part of our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any course, submitting a contact form through our website, or attending a khwanledes session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of this agreement, please refrain from using our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our courses. By participating, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Thailand.

3. Description of Services

khwanledes provides financial education courses designed for adults aged 40 and older. Our offerings include the Spending Awareness Seminar, the Savings and Safety Net Planning course, and the Legacy and Succession Guidance Program. Each service has its own schedule, duration, format, and fee structure as described on our website and registration materials.

We deliver our courses primarily at our physical location in Nakhon Ratchasima. Course availability, scheduling, and group sizes may vary depending on enrollment and seasonal considerations. We reserve the right to adjust course dates with reasonable notice to registered participants.

Our services are educational in nature. khwanledes does not provide individual financial advice, investment recommendations, tax counsel, or legal guidance. The information shared in our courses is intended to support participants in developing their own understanding and should not be interpreted as professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. Registration and Enrollment

To participate in a course, you must complete a registration form either online or in person. We will confirm your enrollment via the email or phone number you provide. A registration is only considered complete once we have sent you a written or electronic confirmation.

We maintain small group sizes to preserve the quality of our sessions. In the event a course is fully enrolled, we will add your name to a waiting list and notify you when a spot becomes available or when the next session is scheduled.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and up to date. khwanledes is not liable for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact details.

5. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

Attend sessions respectfully. Our seminars and courses rely on open, supportive group discussions. We ask that you treat fellow participants, facilitators, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

Use materials for personal purposes only. Worksheets, handouts, and course content are provided exclusively for your personal learning. Redistributing, copying, selling, or publishing these materials without our written permission is not allowed.

Respect confidentiality. Participants often share personal financial circumstances during group discussions. You agree not to disclose, discuss, or share other participants' personal information or stories outside of the session.

Refrain from disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the learning environment. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curriculum designs, worksheets, visual summaries, and digital resources created by khwanledes are our intellectual property and are protected under Thai copyright law. This includes written materials, course outlines, presentation slides, handouts, and any supplementary resources distributed during or after sessions.

By enrolling, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your personal educational benefit. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.

Our name, logo, and brand elements are the property of khwanledes. You may not use our branding in any commercial or public context without explicit authorization.

7. Fees and Payment

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are communicated at the time of registration. Payment is expected in full prior to the first session of any course, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment via bank transfer, cash at our Nakhon Ratchasima office, or other methods as specified during the registration process. All payments should reference your name and the course title.

Prices are subject to periodic review. Any changes to course fees will apply only to future registrations and will not affect participants who have already completed payment for an upcoming session.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Participant cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact us at least 14 calendar days before the course start date. Cancellations received within this window are eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative processing fee. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start date may receive a partial refund or a credit toward a future course, depending on the circumstances.

Course cancellations by khwanledes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a scheduled course due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator availability, or other factors, we will notify registered participants as early as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session.

Rescheduling: We may occasionally adjust course dates due to unforeseen circumstances. If a new date does not suit your schedule, we will provide a refund or transfer option.

9. Course-Specific Terms

Spending Awareness Seminar: This single-day seminar is delivered in a group setting. Attendance is expected for the full duration. Partial attendance does not qualify for a reduced fee. All worksheets provided during the seminar are for personal use only.

Savings and Safety Net Planning: This five-week course requires attendance at scheduled weekly sessions. If you miss a session, we will provide the materials covered, but we cannot replicate the group discussion or exercises individually. Makeup sessions are offered only when logistically feasible.

Legacy and Succession Guidance Program: This eight-week mentorship includes both individual consultations and optional family-inclusive meetings. Scheduling of individual sessions will be coordinated between you and your assigned facilitator. Family members who attend optional sessions must agree to maintain confidentiality. While we help raise awareness about topics such as wills, asset documentation, and beneficiary designations, we do not draft legal documents or provide legal representation.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. khwanledes makes every effort to deliver accurate, helpful, and well-structured educational content; however, we cannot promise specific financial outcomes for any individual participant.

We do not hold ourselves out as licensed financial advisors, legal practitioners, accountants, or tax professionals. The information shared in our courses is general in nature and intended to help participants think more clearly about their financial circumstances. It is not a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified professional.

Participation in our courses is voluntary. Any decisions you make regarding your finances — whether during or after attending a course — are your own responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, khwanledes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or participation in our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made on the basis of information discussed during our courses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your participation in our courses is limited to the amount of the course fee you paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Thai law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless khwanledes, its facilitators, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of course materials, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights in connection with our services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access to any ongoing course if you breach these terms, engage in behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of other participants, or misuse course materials. In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

You may discontinue your participation at any time by providing written notice. Refund terms for voluntary withdrawal follow the cancellation policy outlined in Section 8.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive the termination of this agreement.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your participation in our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand.

15. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and khwanledes regarding the use of our services.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: A failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor entity in the event of a reorganization or transfer of our business operations. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or internal policies. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, inform registered participants directly.

Your continued use of our website or participation in our courses after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
