Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your actions and preferences — such as language choice, display settings, or whether you have already responded to a survey — so you do not have to re-enter them each time you return or navigate between pages.
Most websites use cookies in some form because they make the browsing experience smoother and more efficient. Cookies do not harm your device and cannot access other data stored on it.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They enable basic features such as page navigation, form submissions, and session management. Without them, the site cannot operate properly. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.
Examples: Session identifiers, cookie consent preferences, security tokens.
Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. They collect information about which pages are visited most often, how long people spend reading course descriptions, and where visitors arrive from. All data is aggregated and anonymous.
Examples: Google Analytics page-view counters, scroll-depth trackers, referral-source identifiers.
Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies are used to deliver relevant advertisements and to track advertising campaign performance. They may be placed by third-party advertising partners and can build a profile of your interests to show you relevant content on other websites.
Examples: Facebook Pixel tracking, Google Ads conversion tracking, Bing Ads engagement data.
Preference Cookies
Preference cookies allow the website to remember choices you have made in the past, such as your preferred language, region, or display settings. They make your experience more personal and convenient on return visits.
Examples: Language selection, regional content preferences, font-size adjustments.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our website are placed by external services that we use to improve your experience or to measure our outreach. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:
- Google Analytics — Helps us understand website traffic patterns and visitor behaviour.
- Google Ads — Measures conversion events when visitors interact with our advertisements.
- Facebook / Meta — Tracks ad performance and enables remarketing to interested audiences.
- Microsoft Bing — Measures ad campaign performance through Bing UET tags.
4. How Long Do Cookies Last
Cookies on our site fall into two categories based on how long they remain on your device:
Session Cookies
These are temporary. They exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it. We use session cookies for things like maintaining your form progress.
Persistent Cookies
These stay on your device for a set period — anywhere from 30 days to 24 months, depending on the cookie. Your cookie consent preference, for example, is stored for 12 months so we do not ask you again on every visit.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to choose which categories of cookies you allow. Essential cookies cannot be turned off because they are needed for the website to work. Changes are saved to your device and will apply the next time our site loads tracking scripts.

7. Your Rights
Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time by adjusting the toggles above or clearing cookies in your browser.
- Access information about what cookie data has been collected and how it is used.
- Request deletion of cookie data we may hold that identifies you.
- Object to processing of your data collected through optional cookies.
Please be aware that disabling certain cookies may reduce the functionality of our website. For instance, turning off preference cookies means the site cannot remember your settings between visits, and disabling analytics cookies limits our ability to improve the content we offer.
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, or if you wish to exercise your data rights, please contact us at [email protected].
8. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may revise this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, in the technology we use, or in the applicable legal requirements. When we make significant updates, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle cookies.
